Roshni has spent 22 years delivering corporate strategy and solutions, both as a consultant and as the head of various functions at 2 global MNCs. Leveraging insights and innovation, she has been creating new products, defining new customer experiences, creating new brands & programs and leading brand strategy and planning for global brands, across global markets and sectors such as hospitality, F&B, service, luxury and FMCG.
A firm believer in the balance between art and science, intuition and data, she has been aligning consumer, market and business needs to drive real business value. Her entrepreneurial passion has seen her set up businesses of her own and she currently sits on the board of these, including a company helping start-ups execute idea to scale. Roshni has done work in Asian markets for around 15 years, understanding the market and the consumers across various categories including 8 years in IHG with the aim of growing the portfolio of brands in the Chinese and AMEA markets, creating new brands and consumer propositions as a hybrid of local needs and global relevance and growth. As a consultant she has worked with global MNCs like Hilton Hotel Group, Marriott International (hospitality), MasterCard (finance), Busy Bees (education) NGO’s like the Grameen Foundation, as well as local Singaporean start-ups in-skin care, technology, education and retail sectors.
Indian by ethnicity, Fijian by birth, Australian by citizenship, & Singaporean by residence, she has many creative passions, but her biggest joy is spending time traveling with her husband and two kids.
